Nyandarua Senator Mwangi Githiomi joins Ruto’s UDA party

Deputy President William Ruto's United Democratic Alliance (UDA) got a major boost today after Nyandarua Senator Mwangi Githiomi joined the political outfit.

Githiomi was welcomed by Ruto and a host of other leaders among them Murang'a senator Irungu Kang'ata.

"Growing bigger and better. Welcoming Nyandarua Senator Hon. Mwangi Githiomi to the Hustler Nation," Ruto posted on his official Facebook page.

The latest catch by Ruto comes hours ahead of his tour to Nyandarua where he is set to conduct several political rallies.

Ruto will make stopovers at Karangatha in Kinangop constituency before heading to Geta in Kipipiri constituency.

He will later head to Mirangi-ini in Olkalou Constituency before directing his troops to Ngano, Oljoorok constituency.

He will in the evening have a major rally at Mairo Inya village in Ndaragwa constituency.

His Kenya Kwanza partners; Musalia Mudavadi and Moses Wetangula of ANC and Ford Kenya parties respectively are expected to be meeting opinion leaders at Mudavadi's vihiga home.
